Select several tones and act on them at once

In your Library, hold Cmd and click to pick several tones, Shift-click to select a range, or press Cmd+A to select everything. Then right-click the selection to favorite, move to a category, duplicate, or delete all of them together. Press Escape to clear the selection.

Undo changes to your Library

After you delete, rename, duplicate, favorite, or move a tone, a pill appears for a few seconds with an Undo button, so an accidental change is easy to take back, even a delete. It works from both the Library grid and a tone's detail page.

Sort your Library

A new Sort By menu next to the category filter orders your tones by Last Updated (the default), Date Added, or Name. TonePilot remembers your choice the next time you open it.

Rename, duplicate, and delete tones from the right-click menu

Right-click any tone in your Library to rename it, duplicate it as a starting point for a new variation, or delete it, without opening the tone's detail page.

New menu bar icon with quick actions

The menu bar now shows the TonePilot bolt. Left-click still shows or hides the floating tone bar; right-click opens a menu with the main window, Settings, Check for Updates, and Quit.

Clear message when Bluetooth is off

If Bluetooth is turned off or TonePilot doesn't have Bluetooth access, the Amp tab now says so and gives you a button that opens the right page in System Settings.

Hide AI features

Don't use Tone AI? Turn on "Hide AI features" in Settings > General to remove the Tone AI tab.

Sign in with your email to view your license key, browse your billing history and download receipts, and see which desktops are linked to your account. You can also delete your account and all its data.

New Stats tab tracks your playing time

A new Stats tab shows your total connected time, this week's time, your current and best connection streak, and a 30-day bar chart of minutes played per day. Trial reminder sheets also show how much you've played so far. To start over, open Settings > General > Reset Statistics.

Organize your tones into categories

Categories show up across Library, Browse, Amp, and Tone AI. Click any tone to pick a category from its detail page, filter the Library by category from the search bar, or right-click a tone card to move it. Categories you import from the Positive Grid app are mapped automatically.

What's New banner after each update

After updating TonePilot, a banner at the bottom of the window points you to the latest changes. Dismiss it once and it stays gone until the next update.

Smarter Browse search with exact-phrase matching

Browse search now ranks results that match your full phrase higher, and wrapping a search in quotes restricts results to that exact phrase.
